On November 6, 2011, the annual moving pen 'readings from writing practice' was held at Ben McNally Books for the third time.  There was a record breaking turnout for the spirited reading.

The weekend retreat at the end of September was rich with writing immersion and good company.  Looks like there will be another retreat next fall, if not before!

Ben McNally Books was the venue for 'readings from writing practice', the moving pen's sixth reading. Fourteen readers brought their inspired work to a full house on November 7th, 2010.

On June 3, 2010, the moving pen was part of the Silver Screens Festival at Ryerson University.

The moving pen travelled to England in September 2009, where a writing workshop was hosted in Somerset.  The writing was as delicious as the food!
